How do I use mobile check-in?

When you get in line at Cowboys, log into your account on ApexTicketing.com. Leave the "My Account" page open and show your phone to the doorman. He will then click the mobile check-in link and validate your ticket(s). Simple and quick!

If I have a question about the concert time, seating, etc, who do I contact?

Call Cowboys' box office at 210-646-9378 (M-F 9-5).

If I have a question or problem with my order, who do I contact?

Use our contact form to contact us.

What is Will Call?

If you put your tickets in will call, that means you will pick them up at Cowboys the night of the event. You will need to show a photo ID.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, however transfered tickets can NOT be re-transfered. To transfer tickets, log into your account and click on the "Transfer Tickets" link.

Can't make the concert and need to sell your tickets? (read previous FAQ first)

Tickets are non-refundable so if you need to sell your tickets you can sell them on StubHub.com. Here is a YouTube video showing you how to put digital tickets on StubHub. Watch Video
